We, horses and humans, all make for a happy family here. At this time there
are no horses for sale because everyone is needed for one reason or
another. I'm pretty confident there will be two foals arriving in April and May
2009; they will be for sale. Once it's confirmed I'll announce the news here.
Ohio
Whisper, asking $800. 32.5" Whisper
has an off bite, so is pet quality. NFS
at this time. Rosie needs her buddy
for awhile.
Sold!

Blessing (Little Church Call Her Blessed) SOLD! Thanks,
Julie! I change my sale page often. My heart makes me
do it. I've never had Blessing for sale without Whisper.
I've even given folks a price on Blessing, but email them
hours later to say I can't do it. Blessing was just going to
be the farm mascot, weanling babysitter, and my jogging
buddy.
But, my heart adjusted to the idea of her leaving
when a family with two little girls came close to
getting Blessing and Whisper. I knew I was ready to
let one go because Rosie was added into the mix, so
who ever was left behind had a buddy. I had her for
sale on one site for 2 weeks when the emails
started.
Julie and I emailed for days. She has been riding since age
3. She's now 20 and the captain of the equestrian team at
her college. But she's always wanted a mini. Her mom
says Julie's been bugging her for one since age 12, and
she's finally giving in. Blessing caught her eye long ago,
from my website, but she wasn't for sale. This time she
was. Julie and her mom came today, driving 5.5 hours, to
visit and it was a done deal from the first minute, I think.
Blessing will have a forever home with Julie and her
mom--at a very impressive horse farm. Blessing will have
her own stall and pony pasture buddies and more kids to
love on her than she's ever dreamed about.
I breed for two foals every other year because I want room
for everyone until I find the perfect homes. The wait can
be nerve wrecking, but it's worth it for homes such as
these. Thank you, Julie for taking over the care and love of
my Blessing. It's a match, such a match.
I'm so happy to sell to someone who will update me often.
With a new home like this I have no room for sadness.

Excerpt from Julie's note after the 5.5 hour trip home....
KARLA, KARLA, KARLA!
How you raised such a calm, polite miniature I will
never know.....
